Welcome to the Ayurveda Natural Health Centers online scheduler where you may schedule your Initial Ayurvedic Assessment and follow up appointments in-person or remotely.
Please Note: You are welcome to schedule for Complementary Therapies, Massage Sessions, or Pancha Karma by calling 937-429-9355 or filling out a contact form to be set up with a practitioner. An initial assessment is not required for these and we currently do not have online scheduling for these services.
PLEASE READ TO SCHEDULE:
1. If you aren't sure where to begin on your health journey we recommend scheduling an Initial In-depth Ayurvedic Consult & Bodywork Session with Anjali, learn more here & schedule below. Once you schedule, you will receive a welcome email from our office with more details for your first appointment.
2. Online scheduling requires payment to reserve your appointment. Please select to have your card saved on file to comply with our cancellation policy (it is automatically selected). If you do not save a card on file you will be asked to do so at your appointment time.
3. If you wish to pay for your appointment the day of please contact us at 937-429-9355 to schedule, please know that a credit card will need to be put on file to reserve your appointment.
We often are booked a month or more in advance and all appointment availability is up-to-date. If you would like to be added to our cancellation list we will call you if an earlier appointment becomes available. You can opt in for this during your scheduling process.

Cancellation Policy: To provide affordable quality care to our clients and minimize delays in getting timely appointments, our office has the following policy regarding missed appointments:
Cancellations or reschedules must be done at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time by phone at 429-9355 or email at info@midwestayurveda.com, or you will be charged the full appointment cost. Pre-paid sessions via online scheduling will not be refunded for missed appointments or appointments cancelled/rescheduled within the 48 hour window.
Initial Assessment Form: For your first Initial Assessment we ask that all clients print and fill out the Initial Intake form to better guide your session. You will be emailed a copy once your appointment is scheduled or you can print a copy right here from the site.
