How can Ayurveda support our well-being in times such as these?

This is the question we will be exploring in this 60min online class with Ayurveda Lifestyle Educator Janae Christopher as she guides you through 10 practices that support the maintenance of your health in both mind and body.

Ayurveda provides a wide range of practices depending on the individual but in this class we will focus on the 10 things that anyone- you, your children, your loved ones, and friends- can begin incorporating with little to no cost and with items you probably already have around the home (so no extra trips to the store!) 

Ayurveda at its heart is a preventative system that celebrates good digestion, balancing the energy of the body and mind, while promoting practices of self-regulation and care. Combine these and you support a strong immune system, emotional resilience, and a deep sense of well-being…

  • 10 Ayurvedic Practices Class

    How it works: Registrants will be sent a Zoom link to the email they sign up with the afternoon of Wednesday March 25 to join the class. At the time of the class simply click the link to join the ‘meeting’ If you are accessing via your phone make sure to download the Zoom link first Have a notebook and pen ready, a cup of tea, and cozy in!
