You will be immersed in the healing sound waves of crystal quartz singing bowls. The bowls create a very soothing meditative state and help release trauma trapped in the emotional body creating a sense of calm in your inner being, We will set intentions for this powerful new moon of balance. Libra energy is all about justice and balance. These energies encourage you to own who you really are and be at peace with you.

Floor and chair seating is available. Please feel welcome to bring any blankets, meditation cushions or props that allow you to relax and receive the frequencies. 

Masks are required for all in-person events at the Ayurveda Natural Health Center and we practice social distancing.
